Mozza Chelmsford sells all your favourite kebabs, from the classic doner, grilled slowly on a vertical rotisserie, to our chicken and lamb shish kebabs, perfectly cooked on our charcoal grills. We also have the kofte, chicken & lamb shaslik as well as a vegetarian option of Halloumi cheese, see below to find out more about our kebabs.
All our kebabs are served in fresh pitta bread, with salad and sauce, you can change your pitta bread to freshly made nann bread for a small charge.

OUR KEBABS
Mozza has many different kebab options, below is an explanation of each so you can pick the perfect one to suit you.
Don’t forget, all our kebabs can be upgraded to a freshly made nann bread for a small charge.
Traditional Doner
The classic lamb doner kebab, slowly cooked on a traditional vertical rotisserie, keeping all the flavour in with the meat.
The Shish Kebab
Available as lamb or chicken, the shish kebab is made of chucks of the meat cooked over our charcoal grill.
Halip Kebab
Our Halip kebab is a mixture of doner meat and pitta bread served in a container with a tomato and peppers sauce.
The Shaslik Kebab
The chicken and lamb are cooked over our charcoal grill with a pepper and onion shaslik sauce.
The Kofte Kebab
Our seasoned charcoal grilled kofte kebab tastes great with salad in pitta bread.
The Halloumi Kebab
For vegetarians we have a halloumi kebab option. Cooked over our charcoal grill and served with salad and sauces, the halloumi makes a great meat substitute.
